I'm Cathleen!

I bridge the gap between business and IT—combining decades of finance leadership with hands-on experience in ERP and system implementations. I help teams translate strategy into action, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

With a focus on value realization and user adoption, I guide organizations through change—bringing clarity, structure, and a business-first mindset to every transformation.

I’ve seen firsthand the instability large IT transformations can bring. That experience fuels my passion for helping clients strengthen their processes, lead with confidence, and truly bridge the gap between business and technology.

I hold an MBA from Bentley University, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Beyond consulting, I stay active in the community—mentoring entrepreneurs through EforAll Worcester, fostering community and continuous learning. I’m equally committed to my own growth, exploring creativity through art, travel, and time spent with family, friends, and my garden.
