By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Bridging Business and IT course (“Course”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive individual, non-transferable access to the Bridging Business and IT course and its associated materials, which may include video lessons, downloadable templates, worksheets, frameworks, case studies, recordings, and other educational resources.

Course access duration - 12 Months from Purchase

Access is for one user only per seat. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the course content at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property & License of Use

All course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Cathleen Warren Coaching and Consulting, Inc. and are protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for:

Personal development

Internal professional development within your organization

You may NOT:

Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share any materials

Use the content to train others, facilitate workshops, or deliver consulting services without written consent

Copy course frameworks (including the PIVOT model), templates, or methodologies for commercial use

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan is offered.

If a payment plan is selected:

You authorize automatic scheduled payments

You agree to complete all installments

Missed payments may result in suspended or terminated access until resolved

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Pricing changes will not apply retroactively.

4. Refund Policy

Limited Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a [7-day] money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email] within the guarantee period.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

More than 25–30% of the course has been completed

Downloadable resources have been accessed extensively

The Terms & Conditions have been violated

Harass instructors, participants, or community members

Attempt to access restricted systems, content, or data

Violation of these rules may result in immediate loss of access without refund.

8. Technology & System Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the course platform. You acknowledge that technical issues beyond our control may occur, including:

Platform downtime

Internet connectivity disruptions

Browser or device compatibility limitations

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology access.

9. Privacy & Communications

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to receive:

Program updates

Support notifications

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time.

10. Termination of Access

Cathleen Warren Coaching and Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access without refund if:

These Terms are violated

Payment obligations are not met

Intellectual property is misused

Termination does not eliminate financial obligations already incurred.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cathleen Warren Coaching and Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from participation in this course.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
